Hong An Fund was founded on December 16, 2020, formerly Sao Khue Volunteer Group, operating since 2010 by founder Pham Thi Thanh Thuy.
Throughout many years of operation, Hong An has always focused on supporting children's rights, women's rights and supporting the poor.
The Grace Fund is most active in the following areas:
HCMC, Vietnam.
Long Thanh, Dong Nai, Vietnam.
